For app issues, feedback and feature requests, email us. You do not need to sign in or have an active membership to ask for help.

Never send passwords, sign-in codes, payment card details, private journal entries or personal photos.
Signing in
Use the email address associated with your Abunday account. If an email sign-in code does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the address is correct. Use the most recent code. If you still cannot sign in, email our team.
Membership and restoring purchases
In Abunday, open Settings → Account & membership → Membership. Open the membership offer screen and choose Restore. Use the same Apple Account or Google Play account you used for the purchase, and your original Abunday account. If access is still missing, contact us before purchasing again.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Abunday to manage or cancel your subscription. For Android purchases, use Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your account or uninstalling Abunday does not cancel store billing.
For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play’s refund help. The store determines refund eligibility.
Reminders and sound
Check that the reminder is enabled and its time and repeat days are correct. In your device settings, allow Abunday notifications and any alarm permissions requested by the app. Check sound volume, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, and Android battery restrictions.
Delivery depends on device permissions, settings and operating-system behavior. If a reminder is missed, tell us the expected time, your time zone and device details so we can investigate.
Your memories, journal and photos
Your future memories, journal entries and saved vision photos are stored on your device, not in your Abunday account online. Signing in on another device does not automatically restore this content. Contact us before uninstalling the app or clearing its storage when troubleshooting; doing so can erase local content.
Delete your Abunday account
You can request deletion of your Manifest Anything: Abunday account and associated data here, even if you no longer have the app installed. Abunday is published by Paradis Ventures AB.
Request deletion by email
Email team@abunday.com from the email address linked to your Abunday account. Use the subject “Abunday account deletion request” and tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you cannot use that email address, contact us for help verifying ownership.
We will verify that you own the account before processing your request. Never send your password, verification codes, payment card details, journal entries or photos.
Delete directly in the app
Open Settings, then Account & membership, and choose the account-deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
What happens to your data
Deletion removes your account identity and associated account records, consent preferences and account-linked analytics. Your future memories, reminder schedules, journal entries, photos and audio stay on your devices rather than our servers. Server deletion cannot remotely erase an offline device; use the in-app deletion flow on each device to clear its local data. Disconnected devices may retain data until they reconnect.
Minimal deletion audit records, deletion reasons and optional comments are retained separately for 90 days after completion. Failed cleanup jobs retain only the information needed to finish deletion. Unlinked aggregate analytics totals remain. Apple or Google may retain purchase records under their own policies.
Delete optional usage data and keep your account
Turn off “Share product usage” in the app to remove account-linked product analytics without deleting your account. You can also email team@abunday.com from your account email with the subject “Abunday data deletion request” and specify the data you want removed. We verify ownership and explain any account, security or billing records that must remain to keep your account active. Unlinked aggregate totals remain.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your Abunday account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Manage or cancel billing in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
